उत् के॒तुना॑ बृह॒ता दे॒व आग॒न्नपा॑वृ॒क् तमो॒ऽभि ज्योति॑रश्रैत्। दि॒व्यः सु॑प॒र्णः स वी॒रो व्यऽख्य॒ददि॑तेः पु॒त्रो भुव॑नानि॒ विश्वा॑
út ketúnā bṛhatā́ devá ā́gan apāvṛ́k támo ’bhí jyótir aśrait | divyáḥ supárṇaḥ sá vīró vy àkhyad áditeḥ putró bhúvanāni víśvā ||
Forth with his mighty signal came the god, uncovering: upon the darkness the light pressed on. The heavenly fair-winged, that hero, made manifest—all worlds—Aditi’s son.
