उत् के॒तुना॑ बृह॒ता दे॒व आग॒न्नपा॑वृ॒क् तमो॒ऽभि ज्योति॑रश्रैत्। दि॒व्यः सु॑प॒र्णः स वी॒रो व्यऽख्य॒ददि॑तेः पु॒त्रो भुव॑नानि॒ विश्वा॑

Sanskrit recitationAtharva Veda 13.2.9

út ketúnā bṛhatā́ devá ā́gan apāvṛ́k támo ’bhí jyótir aśrait | divyáḥ supárṇaḥ sá vīró vy àkhyad áditeḥ putró bhúvanāni víśvā ||

Forth with his mighty signal came the god, uncovering: upon the darkness the light pressed on. The heavenly fair-winged, that hero, made manifest—all worlds—Aditi’s son.

மாபெரும் கேது (கொடி/அடையாளம்) உடன் தேவன் முன்னே வந்தான்; மறைப்பை அகற்றி—இருளின் மீது ஒளி அழுத்தி விரிந்தது. திவ்ய சுபர்ணன் (அழகிய சிறகுடையவன்) அந்த வீரன் வெளிப்பட்டான்—அதிதியின் புதல்வன்—எல்லா உலகங்களையும் வெளிப்படுத்தினான்.
