Sukta 9.94
श्रिये जातः श्रिय आ निरियाय श्रियं वयो जरितृभ्यो दधाति । श्रियं वसाना अमृतत्वमायन्भवन्ति सत्या समिथा मितद्रौ ॥
śríye jātáḥ śríya ā́ nír iyāya śríyaṃ váyo jaritṛ́-bhyo dadhāti | śríyaṃ vásānā amṛtatvám ā́yan bhávanti satyā́ sam-íthā mita-drāu ||
श्रीसाठी जन्मलेला तो श्रीमध्येच पुढे निघतो; तो जरीतृ (स्तुतिकर्ते ऋषी) यांना श्रीरूप प्राणबलाचा उत्कर्ष देतो. श्रीने आवृत होऊन, अमृतत्वास पोहोचून, ते सत्य होतात—मित (मोजक्या) स्थैर्यात एकत्र समिधेसारखे प्रज्वलित.
