एते धावन्तीन्दवः सोमा इन्द्राय घृष्वयः । मत्सरासः स्वर्विदः ॥
Transliteration
eté dhā́vantī́ndavaḥ sómā índrāya ghṛ́ṣvayaḥ | matsarā́saḥ svarvídaḥ ||
Translation
हे इंदु—सोमधारा—इंद्रासाठी धावून पुढे निघतात; तीव्र, ज्वलंत, पुढे झेपावणाऱ्या. या ‘मत्सराः’—उन्मादक आनंद—‘स्वर्विदः’, स्वर्ग/सूर्य-लोक शोधून देणाऱ्या.
