Transliteration
itthā́ dhī́vantam adrivaḥ kā́ṇvaṃ medhyā́tithim | meṣó bhūto ’bhí yán náyaḥ ||
Translation
हे अद्रिवः (सोमपेषण-पाषाणधारी), अशा रीतीने तू धीसंपन्न काण्व मेध्यातिथी—त्या योग्य अतिथीला—आपल्याकडेच नेतोस; मेष (आघाती अग्रवेग) होऊन, जेव्हा तू त्याला अभिमुख संग्राम-सामन्यात ओढून नेतोस।
