Sukta 7.12
अगन्म महा नमसा यविष्ठं यो दीदाय समिद्धः स्वे दुरोणे । चित्रभानुं रोदसी अन्तरुर्वी स्वाहुतं विश्वतः प्रत्यञ्चम् ॥
áganma mahā́ námasā yáviṣṭhaṃ yó dīdā́ya samíddhaḥ své duróṇe | citrá-bhānuṃ ródasī antár urvī́ svā́hutaṃ viśvátah prátyañcam ||
आम्ही महान् नमस्कार/समर्पण घेऊन त्या यविष्ठ (अत्यंत तरुण) अग्निकडे आलो आहोत, जो आपल्या स्वगृहात समिद्ध झाला की दीप्त होतो. चित्रभानु (विविधवर्ण तेजस्वी) त्याचा प्रकाश विस्तीर्ण अंतरात दोन रोदसी (द्यावा–पृथिवी) भरून टाकतो; स्वाहा सहित सम्यक् आहुत झाल्यावर तो सर्व दिशांतून आमच्याकडे प्रत्यंच होतो.
