परि त्मना मितद्रुरेति होताग्निर्मन्द्रो मधुवचा ऋतावा । द्रवन्त्यस्य वाजिनो न शोका भयन्ते विश्वा भुवना यदभ्राट् ॥
Transliteration
pári tmanā́ mitá-druḥ eti hotā́gnír mandró mádhu-vacā ṛtá-vā́ | drávanty asya vājíno ná śókā bháyante víśvā bhúvanā yád abhrā́ṭ ||
Translation
तो आपल्या स्व-नियमाने (त्मना) सर्वत्र परिभ्रमण करतो—अग्नी, होता, आनंदमय, मधुर-वाणी, ऋताचा धारक। त्याच्यासाठी शोक हाकललेल्या वेगवान अश्वांसारखे पळून जातात; तो जेव्हा प्रज्वलित होतो, तेव्हा सर्व भुवने भयभीत होतात.
