प्रति धाना भरत तूयमस्मै पुरोळाशं वीरतमाय नृणाम् । दिवेदिवे सदृशीरिन्द्र तुभ्यं वर्धन्तु त्वा सोमपेयाय धृष्णो ॥
práti dhānā́ bharata tū́yam asmai puroḷā́śaṃ vīrátamāya nṛṇā́m | díve-dive sadṛ́śīr indra túbhyaṃ várdhantu tvā soma-peyā́ya dhṛṣṇo ||
नरांमध्ये सर्वाधिक वीर असलेल्या त्याच्यासाठी धान्ये व आकारित पुरोळाश त्वरेने आणा. दिवसेंदिवस, हे इंद्रा, तुझ्यासाठी योग्य शक्ती वाढोत; हे धृष्णु, सोमपेयासाठी त्या तुला वर्धित करो, जेणेकरून सर्व प्रतिरोधाविरुद्ध तुझे बळ पूर्णपणे स्थिर होईपर्यंत.
