कनिक्रदज्जनुषं प्रब्रुवाण इयर्ति वाचमरितेव नावम् । सुमङ्गलश्च शकुने भवासि मा त्वा का चिदभिभा विश्व्या विदत् ॥
Transliteration
kaníkradaj januṣáṁ pra-bruvāṇá iyárti vā́cam aritā́ iva nā́vam | su-maṅgálaś ca śakune bhávāsi mā́ tvā kā́ cid abhi-bhā́ víśvyā vidat ||
Translation
जन्मापासूनच किलबिलत-घोष करत तू आपली वाणी अशी प्रवाहित करतोस, जसा नावाडी आपली नाव चालवतो. हे शकुने, तू सुमंगल हो; कोणतीही सर्वव्यापी वैरशक्ती तुला अभिभूत करू नये.
