तमस्मेरा युवतयो युवानं मर्मृज्यमानाः परि यन्त्यापः । स शुक्रेभिः शिक्वभी रेवदस्मे दीदायानिध्मो घृतनिर्णिगप्सु ॥
tám asmerā́ yuvatáyo yúvānaṃ marmṛjyámānāḥ pári yánty ā́paḥ | sá śukrébhiḥ śíkvabhī revád asmé dīdā́yā́nidhmó ghṛtánirṇig apsú ||
त्या युवाभोवती युवतींसारख्या जलधारा त्याला स्वच्छ करत परिक्रमा करतात. तो आमच्यासाठी उज्ज्वल, कुशल शक्तींनी—आनंदसमृद्ध—दीप्त होतो; जलांत घृतासारखी प्रभा असलेला, अनिध्म (काष्ठविरहित) ज्वाला-रूप.
