Sukta 2.25
तस्मा इद्विश्वे धुनयन्त सिन्धवोऽच्छिद्रा शर्म दधिरे पुरूणि । देवानां सुम्ने सुभगः स एधते यंयं युजं कृणुते ब्रह्मणस्पतिः ॥
tásmā íd víśve dhunayanta síndhavo ’cchídrā śárma dadhire purū́ṇi | devā́nāṃ súmne su-bhágaḥ sá edhate yaṃ-yáṃ yújaṃ kṛṇuté bráhmaṇas-pátiḥ ||
त्याच्यासाठीच सर्व नद्या धावून प्रवाहित होतात; अनेक अखंड आश्रय त्या स्थापन करतात. देवांच्या सुम्न (अनुग्रह) मध्ये तो सुभग होऊन वाढतो, फोफावतो—ज्याज्याला ब्रह्मणस्पति आपला युज करतो, त्याला सामर्थ्य देतो.
