Sukta 2.23
ब्रह्मणस्पते त्वमस्य यन्ता सूक्तस्य बोधि तनयं च जिन्व । विश्वं तद्भद्रं यदवन्ति देवा बृहद्वदेम विदथे सुवीराः ॥
bráhmaṇaspate tvám asyá yantā́ sū́ktasya bodhi tánayaṃ ca jinva | víśvaṃ tád bhadráṃ yád ávanti devā́ bṛhád vadema vidáthe suvī́rāḥ ||
हे ब्रह्मणस्पते, तूच या सूक्ताचा यन्ता (सारथी) व मार्गदर्शक आहेस; याची जाणीव ठेव, जागृत हो, आणि आमच्या तनयाला बळ दे. जे काही भद्र आहे, तेच देव रक्षण करतात—विदथे (सभेत) आम्ही बृहद् उच्चारू, सुवीर (अंतरवीर्य) संपन्न होऊ.
