Sukta 10.7
सिध्रा अग्ने धियो अस्मे सनुत्रीर्यं त्रायसे दम आ नित्यहोता । ऋतावा स रोहिदश्वः पुरुक्षुर्द्युभिरस्मा अहभिर्वाममस्तु ॥
sidhṛ́ā agne dhíyo asmē sánutrīr yáṃ trā́yase dáma ā́ nítyahotā | ṛtā́vā sá róhid-aśvaḥ purukṣúr dyúbhir asmai áhahbhir vā́mam astu ||
हे अग्ने! आमच्यासाठी धियः (बुद्धी/प्रेरणा) सिद्ध व समर्थ कर—विजयी व अढळ; ज्यांचे तू गृहात रक्षण करतोस, हे नित्यहोता! ऋतवान, रोहित अश्वांनी युक्त, पुरुक्षु (बहुवृद्धि) असलेला—त्या यज्याकरिता—द्युभिः आणि अहभिः (दीप्त दिवस व जागरणे) यांच्या द्वारा वाम (इष्ट) कल्याण होवो.
