यद्ध त्यद्वां पुरुमीळ्हस्य सोमिनः प्र मित्रासो न दधिरे स्वाभुवः । अध क्रतुं विदतं गातुमर्चत उत श्रुतं वृषणा पस्त्यावतः ॥

yád dha tyád vāṃ purumīḷ́hasya somínaḥ prá mitrā́so ná dadhiré svā́bhuvaḥ | ádha krátuṃ vidataṃ gātúm árcata utá śrutáṃ vṛṣaṇā pastyā́vataḥ ||

जेव्हा ते सोमपिळणारे, पुरुमीळ्ह (बहु-स्तुत्य) अनुग्रहाची कामना करून, मित्रांसारखे, स्वयंसिद्ध होऊन, तुमची कर्म-शक्ती पुढे ठेवतात—तेव्हा ते तुमच्या क्रतु (संकल्प-शक्ती)चे स्तवन करतात आणि गमन-पथ प्राप्त करतात. आणि हे वृषणौ (दोन वीर), तुम्ही त्यांना श्रुत (श्रवणीय/प्रसिद्ध) करता व त्यांच्या स्वगृह-आश्रयात (पस्त्या) स्थिर करता.
