Sukta 11
मध्य॑मे॒तद॑न॒डुहो॒ यत्रै॒ष वह॒ आहि॑तः । ए॒ताव॑दस्य प्रा॒चीनं॒ यावा॑न् प्र॒त्यङ् स॒माहि॑तः
mádhyam etád anaḍúho yátraiṣá váha ā́hitaḥ | etā́vad asya prācī́naṃ yā́vān pratyáṅ samā́hitaḥ ||
This is the middle of the draught-ox, wherein this bearing-power is set. So far is his fore-part, as far as, backward, it is gathered and contained.
हा अनडुह (नांगर ओढणारा बैल) याचा मध्यभाग आहे; येथे त्याची वहन-शक्ती स्थापिली आहे. जितका त्याचा पुढील भाग, तितकाच मागेही तो आवरून धारण केलेला आहे.
