Sukta 9.74
दिवो यः स्कम्भो धरुणः स्वातत आपूर्णो अंशुः पर्येति विश्वतः । सेमे मही रोदसी यक्षदावृता समीचीने दाधार समिषः कविः ॥
divó yáḥ skambhó dharuṇáḥ svā́tata āpū́rṇo aṃśúḥ páry eti viśvátāḥ | séme mahī́ ródasī yakṣad āvṛ́tā samīcīné dādhāra sám iṣáḥ kavíḥ ||
ಯಾವನು ದಿವ್ಯದ ಸ್ಕಂಭ—ಆಧಾರವೂ ಧಾರಕವೂ—ಆಗಿ, ತನ್ನದೇ ವಿಶಾಲತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿರುವನೋ; ಆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಂಶು ಎಲ್ಲ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಪರ್ಯಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವನು ಈ ಎರಡು ಮಹಾ ರೋದಸಿ (ದ್ಯಾವಾ-ಪೃಥಿವಿ)ಗಳನ್ನು ಯಕ್ಷದ್-ಆವೃತ—ಆಲಿಂಗಿಸಿ—ಸಮೀಚೀನವಾಗಿ ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಕವಿ ಸಮಿಷಃ—ಆನಂದಶಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು—ಸಮರಸತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
