नकीं वृधीक इन्द्र ते न सुषा न सुदा उत । नान्यस्त्वच्छूर वाघतः ॥
Transliteration
nakī́ṃ vṛdhīká índra te ná suṣā́ ná sudā́ utá | nā́nyas tvác chūra vā́ghataḥ ||
Translation
ಓ ಇಂದ್ರ, ಯಾರೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲಾರರು—ಸುಷಾ (ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೋಮಪೀಡಕರು) ಅಲ್ಲ, ಸುಧಾ (ಉತ್ತಮ ದಾತರು) ಕೂಡ ಅಲ್ಲ; ಓ ಶೂರ, ಯತ್ನಿಸುವ ಗಾಯಕನಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೊರತು ಮತ್ತಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
