Sukta 8.47
परिह्वृतेदना जनो युष्मादत्तस्य वायति । देवा अदभ्रमाश वो यमादित्या अहेतनानेहसो व ऊतयः सुतयो व ऊतयः ॥
pari-hvṛtédanā jano yuṣmā́dattasya vāyati | devā́ adábhram ā́śa vo yám ādityā́ ahetanānehasaḥ vo ūtáyaḥ su-ūtáyaḥ vo ūtáyaḥ ||
ಮಾನವನು ಎಲ್ಲ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಒತ್ತಡಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಕ್ಷೀಣನಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಕಂಡರೂ, ಅವನು ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ದತ್ತವಾದ ಬಲವನ್ನೇ ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಹೇ ದೇವರೇ, ಹೇ ಆದಿತ್ಯರೇ, ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ ಅಚ್ಯುತ ಆಶೆ ಅಲುಗದಿರಲಿ; ಅನಹಿತವಿಲ್ಲದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹಾಯ—ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶುಭ ಸಹಾಯ—ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರಲಿ.
