तिग्मजम्भाय तरुणाय राजते प्रयो गायस्यग्नये । यः पिंशते सूनृताभिः सुवीर्यमग्निर्घृतेभिराहुतः ॥

tigmá-jambhāya tarúṇāya rājate práyo gāyasy agnáye | yáḥ piṃśáte sūnṛ́tābhiḥ su-vī́ryam agnír ghṛtébhir āhútaḥ ||

ತೀಕ್ಷ್ಣ-ಜಂಭನಾದ, ಸದಾ ಯೌವನವಂತನಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವ ಅಗ್ನಿಗಾಗಿ ಗಾನದ ಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಅರ್ಪಣ-ಉತ್ಸಾಹವನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿರಿ. ಯಾರು ಸೂನೃತಾ—ಸತ್ಯವಾಣಿಗಳಿಂದ—ಸುವೀರ್ಯ, ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ವೀರಬಲವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುತ್ತಾನೋ; ಘೃತದಿಂದ ಆಹುತಿಗೊಂಡ ಅಗ್ನಿ.
