नू नो गोमद्वीरवद्धेहि रत्नमुषो अश्वावत्पुरुभोजो अस्मे । मा नो बर्हिः पुरुषता निदे कर्यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥
nū́ no gómad vī́ravad dhehi rátnam uṣo áśvāvát puru-bhójo asmē | mā́ no bárhiḥ puruṣátā nidē ka yūyáṃ pāta svastí-bhiḥ sádā naḥ ||
ಈಗ, ಹೇ ಉಷಸ್ಸೇ, ಗೋಮತ್ ಮತ್ತು ವೀರವತ್—ಕಿರಣಗಳೂ ವೀರ್ಯವೂ ಸಮೃದ್ಧವಾದ—ರತ್ನವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಇಡು; ಅಶ್ವವತ್, ಪುರುಭೋಜ—ವಿಶಾಲ ಭೋಗದಾಯಕ—ನಮಗಾಗಿ ಆಗು. ಯಾರ ನಿಂದೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಬರ್ಹಿಃ (ಯಜ್ಞಾಸನ) ಬೀಳದಿರಲಿ; ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿಭಿಃ—ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಸಮರಸಗಳಿಂದ—ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸದಾ ಕಾಪಾಡು.
