Sukta 7.32
अभी षतस्तदा भरेन्द्र ज्यायः कनीयसः । पुरूवसुर्हि मघवन्त्सनादसि भरेभरे च हव्यः ॥
abhī́ ṣatáḥ tádā́ bharéndra jyā́yaḥ kanī́yasaḥ | purūvásur hí maghavants sanā́d asi bháre-bhare ca hávyaḥ ||
ಓ ಇಂದ್ರ! ಶತ (ಶತ್ರು-ಬಾಧೆ)ಗಳನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸುವ ಆ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ತಂದುಕೊಡು; ನೀನು ಮಹತ್ತರರಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಮಹತ್ತರ—ಕಿರಿಯರಿಗೂ ನೀನೇ ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠ. ಹೇ ಮಘವನ್, ನೀನು ಪುರೂವಸು—ಪುರಾತನದಿಂದಲೇ ಅನೇಕ ಧನಗಳ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ; ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಭರೆ-ಭರೆ (ಸಮರ-ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಲ್ಲಿ) ನೀನೇ ಹವ್ಯ—ಆಹ್ವಾನಾರ್ಹನು.
