Sukta 7.104
ये पाकशंसं विहरन्त एवैर्ये वा भद्रं दूषयन्ति स्वधाभिः । अहये वा तान्प्रददातु सोम आ वा दधातु निॠतेरुपस्थे ॥
yé pākaśaṃsáṃ viháranta évair yé vā bhadráṃ dū́ṣayanti svadhā́bhiḥ | áhaye vā tā́n pradádātu sóma ā́ vā dadhātu nírṛter upásthe ||
ಯಾರು ಕ್ಷುದ್ರ ದುರ್ವಚನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಹರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೋ, ಮತ್ತು ಯಾರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಧಾಭಿಃ (ಸ್ವೇಚ್ಛಾ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಗಳು) ಮೂಲಕ ಶುಭವನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೋ—ಸೋಮನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಹಿ (ಸರ್ಪ-ಶಕ್ತಿ)ಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲಿ, ಅಥವಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಋತಿಯ ಉಪಸ್ಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಲಿ; ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ವಿಕೃತಿ ಶಮನವಾಗಲಿ.
