Sukta 6.8
अस्माकमग्ने मघवत्सु धारयानामि क्षत्रमजरं सुवीर्यम् । वयं जयेम शतिनं सहस्रिणं वैश्वानर वाजमग्ने तवोतिभिः ॥
asmā́kam agne maghávat-su dhāraya anā́mi kṣatrám ajáraṃ su-vī́ryam | vayáṃ jayema śatínaṃ sahasríṇaṃ vaiśvā́nara vā́jam agne tavóti-bhiḥ ||
ಅಗ್ನೇ, ಮಘವತ್ಸು (ಪ್ರಕಾಶವಂತರಲ್ಲಿ) ನಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಷತ್ರವನ್ನು—ಅಜರ, ಅಖಂಡ, ಸುವೀರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣವಾದುದನ್ನು—ನೀನು ಧಾರಣೆಮಾಡು. ವೈಶ್ವಾನರನೇ, ಅಗ್ನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಓತಿಗಳಿಂದ (ಸಹಾಯಗಳಿಂದ) ನಾವು ಶತಗುಣ-ಸಹಸ್ರಗುಣವಾದ ವಾಜ-ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸೋಣ.
