इन्द्रमेव धिषणा सातये धाद्बृहन्तमृष्वमजरं युवानम् । अषाळ्हेन शवसा शूशुवांसं सद्यश्चिद्यो वावृधे असामि ॥
Transliteration
índram evá dhiṣáṇā sātáye dhād bṛhántam ṛ́ṣvam ajáraṃ yúvānām | aṣā́ḷhena śávasā śūśuvā́ṃsaṃ sadyáś cid yó vāvṛdhé asā́mi ||
Translation
ಜಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಧಿಷಣೆಯು ಇಂದ್ರನನ್ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದಳು—ವಿಶಾಲನನ್ನು, ಉನ್ನತೋನ್ನತವಾಗಿ ಏರುವವನನ್ನು, ಅಜರನನ್ನು, ಸದಾ ಯುವನನ್ನು. ಅಜೇಯ ಬಲದಿಂದ, ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ತೀವ್ರಗೊಳ್ಳುವವನಾಗಿ, ಅವನು ಕ್ಷಣಮಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಪ್ರಮಿತ ವಿಸ್ತಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುವವನು.
