अश्वावतीर्गोमतीर्विश्वसुविदो भूरि च्यवन्त वस्तवे । उदीरय प्रति मा सूनृता उषश्चोद राधो मघोनाम् ॥
Transliteration
aśvā́vatīr gómātīr viśva-suvído bhū́ri cyavanta vástave | udī́raya práti mā sūnṛ́tā uṣaś coda rā́dho maghónām ||
Translation
ಅಶ್ವಸಂಪನ್ನವೂ, ಗೋಸಂಪನ್ನವೂ, ಸರ್ವ ಶುಭವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದೂ ಆಗಿ—ನಮ್ಮ ವಾಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಹು ದಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವವಳೇ—ಹೇ ಉಷಸ್ಸೇ, ನನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಸೂನೃತಾ (ಸತ್ಯ-ಮಧುರ) ವಚನಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ರೇಕಿಸು; ಮಘವಾನರ (ಉದಾರ ದಾತರ) ರಾಧಸ್—ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು—ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸು.
