ता कर्माषतरास्मै प्र च्यौत्नानि देवयन्तो भरन्ते । जुजोषदिन्द्रो दस्मवर्चा नासत्येव सुग्म्यो रथेष्ठाः ॥

Transliteration

tā karmā́ṣatarāsmái prá cyautnā́ni devayánto bharante | jujóṣad índro dasmávarcā nā́satyāiva sugmyò ratheṣṭhā́ḥ ||

Translation

ದೇವಯಂತಃ—ದಿವ್ಯತೆಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಸುವವರು—ಅವನಿಗಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಪರಿಪಕ್ವವಾದ ಕರ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಚ್ಯೌತ್ನ (ಪ್ರಬಲ ಉಪಕ್ರಮ/ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ)ಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟು ತರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ದಸ್ಮವರ್ಚಾಃ—ಅದ್ಭುತ ತೇಜಸ್ಸಿನ—ಇಂದ್ರನು ಅವನ್ನು ಜುಜೋಷತ್ (ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಲಿ); ನಾಸತ್ಯರಂತೆ ಸುಗ್ಮ್ಯಃ—ಸರಿಯಾದ ಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತ್ವರಿತ—ಮತ್ತು ರಥೇಷ್ಠಾಃ—ರಥದಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಢ—ಆಗಲಿ.
