Sukta 1.148
न यं रिपवो न रिषण्यवो गर्भे सन्तं रेषणा रेषयन्ति । अन्धा अपश्या न दभन्नभिख्या नित्यास ईं प्रेतारो अरक्षन् ॥
ná yaṃ ripávo ná riṣaṇyávo gárbhe sántam reṣaṇā́ reṣáyanti | andhā́ apaśyā́ ná dabhan abhikhyā́ nítyāsa īṃ pretā́ro arakṣan ||
ಅವನು ಗರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ಅವನನ್ನು ಶತ್ರುಗಳೂ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಆಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರೂ ಅಲ್ಲ ಗಾಯಗೊಳಿಸಲಾರರು; ಹಾನಿಕಾರಕರೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹಾನಿ ಮಾಡಲಾರರು. ಅಂಧರೂ ಅಪಶ್ಯರೂ ಆಗಿ, ಅವರ ಗುಪ್ತನೋಟದಿಂದ ಅವರು ಜಯಿಸಲಾರರು; ನಿತ್ಯ ರಕ್ಷಕರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಅವನ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯ ಚಲನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಪಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
