Transliteration

aho lakṣmaṇa siddhārthaḥ satataṃ priya-vādinam | bhrātaraṃ deva-saṅkāśaṃ yas tvaṃ paricariṣyasi ||

Translation

ಅಹೋ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ! ನಿನ್ನ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಯಿತು; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನೀನು ಸದಾ ಮಧುರವಚನಿಯೂ ದೇವಸಮಾನನೂ ಆದ ಅಣ್ಣನ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುವೆ.
