Translation

ಜನರ ಕೋಲಾಹಲವು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಶಮನವಾದಾಗ, ನರಾಧಿಪತಿ ರಾಜನು ತಪಸ್ವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಘ್ರನಾದ ವಸಿಷ್ಠರಿಗೆ ಈ ವಚನವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
