Sukta 9.108
य उस्रिया अप्या अन्तरश्मनो निर्गा अकृन्तदोजसा । अभि व्रजं तत्निषे गव्यमश्व्यं वर्मीव धृष्णवा रुज ॥
ya uśriyā́ apyā̀ antár aśmáno nír gā́ akṛṇtad ójasā | abhí vrajáṃ tatniṣe gavyám aśvyáṃ varmī́va dhṛṣṇavā́ ruja ||
જે પોતાના તેજસ્વી બળથી અવરોધક પથ્થરના અંદરથી છુપાયેલા પ્રકાશ-કિરણોને અને આંતરિક ગાયો (ઉસ્રિયા)ને કાપી કાઢી મુક્ત કરે છે; તે ગવ્ય-અશ્વ્ય—પ્રકાશસમૃદ્ધિ અને ઝડપી શક્તિઓથી ભરપૂર—વ્રજને વિસ્તારે છે; અને ધૃષ્ણુ વર્મી (ધાડસી મેષ/ઘનઘાતક) સમ પ્રતિરોધક આવરણને ભેદી નાખે છે.
