आ नो विश्वासु हव्य इन्द्रः समत्सु भूषतु । उप ब्रह्माणि सवनानि वृत्रहा परमज्या ऋचीषमः ॥

Transliteration

ā́ no víśvāsu hávya índraḥ samátsu bhūṣatu | úpa bráhmāṇi sávanāni vṛtrahā́ paramajyā́ ṛcī́ṣamaḥ ||

Translation

અમારા સર્વ સમરોએ હવ્ય (આહ્વાનયોગ્ય) ઇન્દ્ર અમારી પાસે શોભે/આવે; વૃત્રહા (વૃત્ર-હનન કરનાર) અમારા બ્રહ્માણિ (મંત્રો) અને સવનો (સોમ-પાનવિધિ) પાસે ઉપસ્થિત થાય. પરમ અજ્યા (પરમ પ્રહાર/આક્રમણ) ધરાવનાર, ઋચીશમ (ઋચાનો સ્વામી) તે અમારા અર્પણમાં આસન ગ્રહણ કરે.
