एता नो अग्ने सौभगा दिदीह्यपि क्रतुं सुचेतसं वतेम । विश्वा स्तोतृभ्यो गृणते च सन्तु यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥
Transliteration
etā́ no agne saúbhagā didī́hy ápi krátuṃ su-cétasaṃ vatema | víśvā stotṛ́-bhyo gṛṇaté ca santu yūyáṃ pāta svastí-bhiḥ sádā naḥ ||
Translation
હે અગ્નિ, આ સૌભાગ્યો અમારે માટે પ્રકાશિત થાઓ; સુચેતસ (સુબોધ) એવા તેજસ્વી ક્રતુ (સચેત સંકલ્પ/ઇચ્છાશક્તિ)ને અમે પસંદ કરી અનુસરીએ. સ્તોતૃ અને ગાયક—ગૃણત—બધાને સર્વ આશીર્વાદો પ્રાપ્ત થાઓ; અને હે દેવશક્તિઓ, સ્વસ્તિભિઃ (કલ્યાણસ્થિતિઓથી) સદા અમને રક્ષા કરો.
