Sukta 7.33
उद्द्यामिवेत्तृष्णजो नाथितासोऽदीधयुर्दाशराज्ञे वृतासः । वसिष्ठस्य स्तुवत इन्द्रो अश्रोदुरुं तृत्सुभ्यो अकृणोदु लोकम् ॥
ud dyā́m ivét tṛṣṇájo nāthitā́so ’dīdhayur dāśarājñé vṛtā́saḥ | vásiṣṭhasya stuvatá índro aśrod urúṃ tṛ́tsubhyo akṛṇod u lokám ||
જાણે સ્વર્ગ સુધી ઊંચે ઉઠ્યા હોય તેમ, તૃષાથી જન્મેલા અને આશ્રય શોધતા લોકોએ દશરાજ્ઞના યુદ્ધમાં પોતાના પ્રયત્ન-અગ્નિને પ્રજ્વલિત કર્યો. સ્તુતિ કરનાર વસિષ્ઠની વાણી ઇન્દ્રે સાંભળી; અને તૃત્સુઓ માટે વિશાળ અવકાશ—ઋતના માર્ગે ચાલનારને મુક્ત લોક—રચી આપ્યો.
