दिवो न यस्य विधतो नवीनोद्वृषा रुक्ष ओषधीषु नूनोत् । घृणा न यो ध्रजसा पत्मना यन्ना रोदसी वसुना दं सुपत्नी ॥

Transliteration

divó na yásya vidható navī́not vṛ́ṣā rukṣá oṣádhīṣu nūnot | ghṛṇā́ na yó dhrajásā pátmanā yánn ā́ rodasī vásunā dám su-pátnī ||

Translation

જેનું નિત-નવું તેજ સેવકને (વિધાતા ને) સ્વર્ગ સમું નવીન કરે છે; તે પ્રકાશમાન વૃષા (અગ્નિ) પોતાની શક્તિ ઔષધિઓમાં પ્રવર્તાવે છે. ઉષ્માભર્યા તેજ સમો, તે ધ્રજસા (દહકતા જ્વાલા) અને પત્મન (વેગ) સાથે ગતિ કરે છે; અને વસુ (સમૃદ્ધિ) લઈને તે બે રોદસી (દિવ-પૃથ્વી) પાસે, સુપત્ની—સુસંગત યુગલ સમા, ગૃહ સમે આવે છે.
