मित्रो देवेष्वायुषु जनाय वृक्तबर्हिषे । इष इष्टव्रता अकः ॥
Transliteration
mitró devéṣv ā́yuṣu jánāya vṛktábarhiṣe | íṣa iṣṭávratā akaḥ ||
Translation
મિત્ર દેવોમાં અને આયુષ્યના પ્રવાહોમાં, જે મનુષ્યે પવિત્ર બર્હિ (યજ્ઞાસન) પાથર્યું છે તેના હિત માટે કાર્ય કરે છે. ઇષ્ટવ્રત—પસંદ કરેલા ધર્મવ્રતને પૂર્ણ કરનારાઓ માટે તે સમૃદ્ધિના પ્રેરણાઓ (ઇષઃ) ઘડે છે.
