अग्ने शकेम ते वयं यमं देवस्य वाजिनः । अति द्वेषांसि तरेम ॥
Transliteration
áagne śaké́ma te vayáṁ yámam devásya vā́jinaḥ | áti dveṣā́ṁsi taréma ||
Translation
હે અગ્નિ, અમે—તારા વાજિનઃ (બળવાન, તેજસ્વી સહાયક)—દેવના યમં (નિયમ-સંયમ, ધર્મશાસન) સુધી પહોંચવા સમર્થ થઈએ; અને દ્વેષો તથા વિરોધોને પાર કરી જઈએ.
