स्वना न यस्य भामासः पवन्ते रोचमानस्य बृहतः सुदिवः । ज्येष्ठेभिर्यस्तेजिष्ठैः क्रीळुमद्भिर्वर्षिष्ठेभिर्भानुभिर्नक्षति द्याम् ॥

Transliteration

svanā́ ná yásya bhā́māsaḥ pávente rócamānasya bṛhatáḥ su-dívaḥ | jyéṣṭhebhiḥ yás téjiṣṭhaiḥ krīḷumád-bhiḥ várṣiṣṭhebhiḥ bhā́nu-bhir nákṣati dyā́m ||

Translation

ગુંજતા પ્રવાહો સમા તેની કિરણમાલાઓ વહે છે—પ્રકાશમાન, વિશાળ, સુદિવ (સુહેવન) વાળા તેની. જ્યેષ્ઠ, અતિ તેજસ્વી, રમતાં બળવંત, અતિ પ્રચુર એવા કિરણોથી તે પ્રકાશમય દ્યૌને સ્પર્શે છે અને અધિકાર કરે છે.
