આ ભૈષજ્ય-સૂક્ત ઔષધીય દ્રવ્યને ક્રમશઃ સશક્ત બનાવે છે—તેને વધતી શક્તિના “વૃષભ” તરીકે અને વહેતા રસ (રસા) તરીકે સંબોધીને—વૃષ-રોગ નામના ઉપદ્રવને શમાવવા માટે. “જો તું … હોય” એવી તાદાત્મ્યવાણી દ્વારા ઉપચારક દ્રવ્યની અસર સ્થાપિત થાય છે; અંતે શીતળતા અને શુદ્ધિકરણના સમાધાનમાં તે દ્રવ્ય “જળ આપનાર” (અપોદક) બની સંતુલન અને પ્રાણવૈભવ પુનઃસ્થાપિત કરે છે.

જો તું ત્રિવૃષ (ત્રિગુણ વૃષ-બળ) ધરાવતો હોય, જો તું સ્રુજારસ (વહેતો રસ/સત્વ) ધરાવતો હોય—તેમ જ થાઓ.

જો તું ચતુર્વૃષ (ચોગુણ વૃષ-બળ) ધરાવતો હોય, જો તું સ્રુજારસ (વહેતો રસ/સત્વ) ધરાવતો હોય—તેમ જ થાઓ.

જો તું અગિયાર (એકાદશ) હોય, તો તું જળોનો દાતા છે; તું જળ-પ્રદાયક છે.
It is used to calm and cure an illness named vṛṣa-roga by empowering a medicinal sap/juice (rasa) through mantra-recitation and then applying or administering it.
That formula is a consecration technique: the remedy is identified with increasing measures of strength (“bull-power”), so the medicine is ritually intensified and made protective as well as curative.
It signals the final healing mode: the empowered agent is aligned with the purifying Waters—bringing cooling, cleansing, and restorative hydration, especially suitable for heat, irritation, or impurity-linked illness.
