Sukta 1.77
स हि क्रतुः स मर्यः स साधुर्मित्रो न भूदद्भुतस्य रथीः । तं मेधेषु प्रथमं देवयन्तीर्विश उप ब्रुवते दस्ममारीः ॥
sá hí kratúḥ sá már yaḥ sá sādhúr mitró ná bhūd ádbhutasya rathī́ḥ | táṃ médheṣu prathamáṃ devayántīr víśa úpa bruvate dasmám ārī́ḥ ||
Car il est krátu; il est marya; il est l’aide bonne et droite, tel un ami; il devient le cocher du voyage merveilleux. Lui, le premier dans les rites de consécration, les peuples en quête des dieux l’appellent auprès d’eux, s’adressant de toutes parts à l’habile.
