स नो नृणां नृतमो रिशादा अग्निर्गिरोऽवसा वेतु धीतिम् । तना च ये मघवानः शविष्ठा वाजप्रसूता इषयन्त मन्म ॥

sá no nṛṇā́ṃ nṛtámo riśā́dā agnír gíro ’vá sā vetu dhī́tim | tánā ca yé maghávānaḥ śáviṣṭhā vā́ja prasūtā iṣáyanta mánma ||

Qu’Agni, le plus viril parmi les hommes, le pourfendeur des nuisibles, vienne à nous avec son secours et mène à l’accomplissement notre parole inspirée. Et que ces puissances puissantes, les plus vigoureuses, poussées par la plénitude de force, lancent notre pensée en avant.
