The Hierarchy of the Trimūrti and the Manifestation of the Goddess Trikalā
Varāha (default framework; speaker not explicitly marked in this verse-fragment)
It reflects classical Indian attempts to systematize origins and categories of life, blending mythic genealogy with broad biological distinctions (moving vs. non-moving).
No specific place-name appears; the verse generalizes creation as 'established everywhere' (sarvatra).
Implicitly, it promotes a comprehensive view of life—stationary and moving—as part of a single created order, supporting non-reductive ecological awareness.
