त्वष्टारमग्रजां गोपां पुरोयावानमा हुवे । इन्दुरिन्द्रो वृषा हरिः पवमानः प्रजापतिः ॥
tváṣṭāram agra-jā́ṃ gopā́ṃ puraḥ-yā́vānam ā́ huve | índur índro vṛ́ṣā háriḥ pávamānaḥ prajā́patiḥ ||
Tvaṣṭṛ, den Erstgeborenen Hüter, den Hirten der Herden und den vorangehenden Führer, rufe ich an. Denn Indu, der Glänzende, der sich selbst läutert, ist Indra, der Stier, die falbe Kraft (Hari) und Prajāpati, der Herr der Schöpfung, in uns.
