यच्छक्रासि परावति यदर्वावति वृत्रहन् । यद्वा समुद्रे अन्धसोऽवितेदसि ॥

Transliteration

yác chakrā́si parāváti yád arvāváti vṛtrahan | yád vā samudré ándhaso’vitéd asi ||

Translation

Ob du fern bist oder nahe, o Vṛtrahan, Bezwinger des Verhüllers; oder ob du im Ozean des ándhas bist — dennoch bist du wahrlich der Helfer.
