Sukta 5.7
आ यस्ते सर्पिरासुतेऽग्ने शमस्ति धायसे । ऐषु द्युम्नमुत श्रव आ चित्तं मर्त्येषु धाः ॥
ā́ yás te sarpir-āsuté ’gne śám asti dhā́yase | ā́ eṣú dyumnám utá śrávaḥ ā́ cíttaṃ mártyeṣu dhāḥ ||
Wer dir, o Agni, die geklärte Fülle (sarpis) in der Darbringung ausgießt — dem ist Frieden (śam) für deine gründende Kraft. Unter diesen Sterblichen setze du leuchtende Fülle ein, auch das inspirierte Hören (śravas) und den erwachten Geist (citta).
