अनु श्रुताममतिं वर्धदुर्वीं बर्हिरिव यजुषा रक्षमाणा । नमस्वन्ता धृतदक्षाधि गर्ते मित्रासाथे वरुणेळास्वन्तः ॥

Transliteration

ánu śrutā́m ámatiṃ várdhad urvī́ṃ bárhir iva yájuṣā rákṣamāṇā | námasvantā dhṛta-dakṣā́dhi gárte mitrā́ āsā́the varuṇéḷās vantáḥ ||

Translation

Der vernommenen Offenbarung (śruti) folgend, weitet ihr die weite Einsicht, sie durch den Yajuṣ hütend wie das Barhis. In Verehrung, die feste Unterscheidungskraft haltend, sitzt ihr auf dem Sitz (garte), o Mitra und Varuṇa, begleitet von Ilā, den wahrhaften Nährungen.
