Sukta 5.31
आ प्र द्रव हरिवो मा वि वेनः पिशङ्गराते अभि नः सचस्व । नहि त्वदिन्द्र वस्यो अन्यदस्त्यमेनाँश्चिज्जनिवतश्चकर्थ ॥
ā́ prá drava harivo mā́ ví vénaḥ piśáṅgarāte abhí naḥ sacasva | nahí tvád índra vásyo anyád ásty amémāṃś cit jánivataś cakartha ||
Herbei, o Herr der falben Rosse; wende dich nicht von uns ab, o Spender des Glänzenden. Tritt heran und verbinde dich mit uns. Denn nichts gibt es, o Indra, das bessere Stütze wäre als du; selbst die Schwachen und Wankenden hast du zur neuen Geburt befähigt.
