ये ते त्रिरहन्त्सवितः सवासो दिवेदिवे सौभगमासुवन्ति । इन्द्रो द्यावापृथिवी सिन्धुरद्भिरादित्यैर्नो अदितिः शर्म यंसत् ॥
ye te triḥ ahan savitaḥ savāso dive-dive saubhagam āsuvanti | indro dyāvāpṛthivī sindhur adbhir ādityair no aditiḥ śarma yaṃsat ||
Jene dreifachen Antriebe von dir, o Savitṛ, die Tag um Tag Glückseligkeit hervorbringen — Indra, Himmel und Erde, der Strom mit seinen Wassern und Aditi mit den Ādityas mögen uns schirmenden Frieden, ein Obdach (śárman), gewähren.
