Sukta 4.54
इन्द्रज्येष्ठान्बृहद्भ्यः पर्वतेभ्यः क्षयाँ एभ्यः सुवसि पस्त्यावतः । यथायथा पतयन्तो वियेमिर एवैव तस्थुः सवितः सवाय ते ॥
indra-jyeṣṭhān bṛhad-bhyaḥ parvatebhyaḥ kṣayān ebhyaḥ suvasi pastyā-vataḥ | yathā-yathā patayanto vi-yemire evaiva tasthuḥ savitaḥ savāya te ||
Von den großen Gipfeln, wo Indra der Vorderste ist, treibst du für diese die Wohnsitze an, reich an sesshafter Fülle. Und wie die Geflügelten sich im Flug ausbreiten, so nehmen sie wahrlich ihre Standorte ein nach deinem Antrieb, o Savitṛ.
