एवा त्वामिन्द्र वज्रिन्नत्र विश्वे देवासः सुहवास ऊमाः । महामुभे रोदसी वृद्धमृष्वं निरेकमिद्वृणते वृत्रहत्ये ॥

Transliteration

evā́ tvām índra vajrinn átra víśve devā́saḥ su-hávāsa ū́māḥ | mahā́m ubhé ródasī vṛ́ddham ṛ́ṣvaṁ nír ékam íd vṛṇate vṛtra-hátye ||

Translation

So, o Indra, Vajrin, erwählen dich hier alle Götter, wohl anrufend, voll Eifer, dich allein. Groß bist du: du weitest beide, Himmel und Erde, hoch aufgewachsen; dich allein sondern sie aus zur Vṛtra-Tötung, zum Schlag gegen den Hemmer.
