Transliteration

pūrvāparáṃ carato māyáyaitáu śiśū́ krī́ḷantau pári yāto adhvarám | víśvāny anyó bhúvanābhícaṣṭa ṛtū́ṃr anyó vidadháj jā́yate púnaḥ ||

Translation

Vorwärts und rückwärts gehen diese beiden durch māyā; wie zwei Kinder spielend umkreisen sie das adhvara. Der eine schaut alle Welten; der andere ordnet die Jahreszeiten – und wird immer wieder neu geboren.
